Abstract

The concept of human development in modern Russian reality represents some fragmentary ideas of Western theories without any systematization and integrity of understanding. Which ultimately creates contradictory nature of national development. The relevance of the study lies in the applied and objective need to eliminate contradictions in the nature of national and human development. The object of the study is human development. Subject of the study - economics and sociology of human development. The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence and content of contradictions of human development and to present the necessary conditions for the identity of national and human development. The study presents two opposite concepts of human development, forming poles of antagonism. Using the categorical and conceptual field of research of V. Sombart, the poles of human development, their basis and the essence of the basis are singled out. Such categories as “human potential”, “human development” and “realization of human potential” are considered. The contradictions of human development in Russia are revealed in detail. The essential difference between the categories “human resources” and “labor resources” is explained.Such traditional value from the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 09.11.2022 № 809 as Collectivism and its connection with the nature of human and national development is considered.
