Kornilova S.V. The impact of cross-border electronic trade in goods on the prospects for the development of trade relations in the context of digitalization of the industry

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of electronic goods trade as a promising branch of the Russian economy. In the context of the introduction of digitalization into the country’s economy, domestic and international electronic trade in goods requires a comprehensive study, taking into account the directions and prospects of development in the legal and technological space. The classification of types of electronic commerce and its participants presented in the article will allow you to properly integrate into the multilateral process of trade relations. It should be borne in mind that international trade includes customs administration of goods of cross-border electronic commerce, on which the speed of delivery of goods to the consumer depends. Compliance with the customs legislation of the EAEU in the field of cross-border electronic commerce is required from all its participants. The interaction of professional participants in electronic commerce in the Eurasian economic space, aimed at meeting the needs of an individual buyer, in order to identify critical points, is comprehensively considered. The results of the study are applicable to all participants in electronic trade in goods in the context of the formation of a new branch of the country’s digital economy, taking into account international trade relations both within the EAEU and with third countries to accelerate the development of electronic commerce.
