Abstract

Personnel management is the central function of management in a company, determining the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s activities, which, under conditions of sanction pressure, is of utmost importance from the standpoint of mobilizing labor resources and requires scientific understanding. The object of research is company management. The subject of the study is personnel as a set of labor resources. The purpose of the study is to explore methods and strategies of personnel management in modern macroeconomic conditions. The article argues that a modern approach to personnel management should be focused on a strategic approach, where the value of each employee plays a decisive role in the competitiveness of the company. This approach involves the use of economic management methods for effective investment in human capital. The center of which is social partnership, management efficiency, improving working conditions and improving the quality of life of employees and sets the goal of continuous training of personnel, increasing their motivation to achieve high results.
