Abstract

Currently, the conditions of an unstable geopolitical situation have led to the diversion of part of the workforce and, as a result, have created a shortage of qualified personnel. The lack of specialists and workers is felt by almost all enterprises, all industries and spheres of activity, including the lack of specialists in the framework of projects with a unique nature of its implementation. In this connection, there is currently a need to find a shortage of labor resources, which predetermined the topic of the study. The purpose of the research within the framework of writing the article is to analyze the features of modular learning technology in enterprise project management. The training of our own personnel on the basis of their additional training using modular training technology allows us to partially solve the problem of staff shortage. The article discusses the process of organizing and conducting modular training, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise and the specifics of the project being implemented. The basic requirements for the development of a model aimed at the formation of the necessary competencies of the project team are considered, the process of selection and training of the project team is developed and described. The article considers that the purpose of learning in a modular form is the formation of professional skills, which are formed on the basis of developed modules, during which autonomous units of educational material with a clear structure and sequence of their use in production are developed.
