Abstract

In the context of digital transformation of all spheres of life and activity of modern society in Russia, the IT industry is rapidly developing and innovative information technologies (IT) are being introduced into most business processes. In this regard, to improve the efficiency of the company, an approach based on personnel ecosystems is used - a set of tools for optimizing personnel processes and increasing the efficiency of personnel within the company. However, the most pressing problem remains the lack of IT specialists who are able to support the company's strategic goals in the direction of using digital innovations. The article discusses the principles, advantages and problems of personnel ecosystems, and provides an overview analysis of the dynamics of vacancies and resumes in the IT field based on the online service of the personnel ecosystem. It is shown that in Russia, with an increase in the number of vacancies from employers, there is a decrease in the number of resumes of applicants, which indicates an increased demand for IT specialists. In this regard, companies need to create a corporate personnel ecosystem to retain and develop their own IT specialists. A balanced IT ecosystem of the company will improve the system of personnel management and the company’s activities, and reach a new level of digital transformation. All these factors contribute to increasing the company's competitiveness in tough economic conditions.
