K. D. USHINSKY'S MAN AS AN ANTIPODE TO THE WESTERN VALUE SYSTEM HOMO ECONOMICUS

Abstract

On the 200th anniversary of the great pedagogue, the founder of scientific pedagogy K. D. Ushinsky, the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin said during a meeting with representatives of the public in 2021: "As a sign of the highest social significance of the teaching profession, the teacher of 2023 will be the most important person in the world. During a meeting with representatives of the public in 2021 Putin said: "As a sign of the highest social significance of the teaching profession, the year 2023 - the year of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Konstantin Dmitrievich Ushinsky, one of the founders of Russian pedagogy - will be dedicated in our country to teachers and mentors. The year of the teacher, the year of the pedagogue".

The research is dedicated to the memory of the great national pedagogue and innovator - Konstantin Dmitrievich Ushinsky, whose 200th anniversary will be celebrated in Russia in 2023. The President of Russia V. V. Putin in 2021 gave the highest assessment of the activities of the founder of scientific pedagogy Ushinsky K. D., who largely determined the future fate of the development of pedagogical thought, both in Russia and in many countries around the world. The scientific activity of K.D. Ushinsky, his world outlook concepts in their content considered a person inseparably from his people. K.D. Ushinsky considered labor as primary, and nature and capital as secondary, all his statements are argued by strictly scientific approach, which had not descriptive, but applied nature, which had a significant impact on the formation of national features of upbringing, education, pedagogy, forms and methods of scientific cognition. The study consists of three interrelated sections: 1. Konstantin Dmitrievich Ushinsky and his contribution to science; 2. Distortion of Ushinsky's scientific views and scientific contribution in modern reality; 3. Economics and man.

In the first section the content of the scientific contribution of Ushinsky K. D. is disclosed in detail.

The second section considers on concrete examples how Ushinsky's scientific views are distorted in modern reality.

In the third section it is argued that economic facts are obtained, which do not confirm the social and economic efficiency or, moreover, the concept, the use of which is avoided in Western economic science - the optimality of the market model of management. It is proved that the "Nobel Prize in Economics" is a violation of all conceivable moral, ethical, moral norms violating the posthumous will of Alfred Nobel and the demand of his descendants. Including a translation of the original will of Alfred Nobel, interviews of his descendants are presented. Two works by Claudia Goldin, the next winner of the non-existent Nobel Prize in Economics in 2023, are considered in detail. Two works by Ms. Goldin from 1973 and 2013 are considered. A specific conclusion is made about the contribution of Mrs. Goldin's work to economic science.

The following fact is stated: in Russia there is a type of human activity - economics, but the domestic economic school and economic education is in a state of permanent invisibility, which is due to the permanent disappearance of the phenomenon as a given.
