Abstract

This article discusses the modern reorganization of business processes in the Russian Federation and the influence of western management concepts, the reasons for the unsuccessful integration of these concepts and recommendation for changing the main provision taking into account the accumulated experience of SOL. The experience of conducting business processes in the post-Soviet space, the main problems of the lack of foreign management models are presented. The purpose of the work is to analyze the transition to western model of business process management and identify the reasons for the deterioration of motivation indicators among the level of performers and subprocesses. Material contains an overview of the Soviet labor organization and foreign management methods, their comparative analysis, coverage of the modern state standard of management in the Russian Federation. Statistics characterizing the response of the working part of society to the reorganization of labor processes and distance from the principles of scientific organization of labor are presented. Recommendations are proposed to combine the systematization and decomposition of BPM business processes and the preservation of collectivization of labor among performers from the concept of scientific organization of labor.
