Abstract

In the context of the modern global transformation of geopolitics and decision-making centers, there is a shift in the centers of world economic and political influence through the strengthening of countries with a traditional world order, focused on national sovereignty and development. The object of the study is socio-economic development. The subject of the research is political and socio-economic development. The purpose of the study is to reveal the priorities of political and socio-economic development of Russia in the era of systemic challenges and threats and the modern global transformation of geopolitics and decision-making centers. The article presents a comprehensive grouping of external challenges and threats, reveals global challenges and internal threats. The priorities of political and socio-economic development of modern Russia are presented. It is concluded that strengthening regional cooperation leads to a revision of the architecture of the world order and its fundamental principles, and the implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of national security increases internal stability, increases economic, political, military and spiritual potential, strengthening its role as an alternative center of acceptance economic decisions within the framework of the traditional world order in the modern world order.
