Abstract

The author substantiates the importance of taking into account the human factor and managing the supplier’s personnel when placing an order for a manufacturing enterprise, highlighting its special place in the analysis of the supplier against the backdrop of the empirically established structuring of technical audit criteria, the analytical framework of which, as a rule, does not include issues of motivation and organization of employee work. The specifics of assessing and accounting for human resources are considered in the article through the prism of the experimental base of scientific analysis of this problem accumulated by foreign scientists (F. Herzberg, A. Maslow). This confirms the relevance of social and psychological factors in the development of motivation in a team as a “new” ideological narrative of the corporate governance system, the arsenal of tools of which is confidently evolving from vertical business mobility towards non-material motivation and holocratic construction of customer-oriented teams.
