Abstract

 This article is devoted to the application of new approaches to the organization of exports of small and medium-sized enterprises. The author considers two approaches to solving the situation for the implementation of stages of export operations: traditional and new. Taking into account the modern challenges of conducting export activities of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is proposed to consider the strategic management model: the newest and most promising form. The developed concept of strategic management of small and medium-sized businesses and the activation of their participation in foreign trade operations. Within the framework of the developed concept, two types of intermediary export organizations and schemes of their interaction with small and medium-sized businesses are presented.
