Abstract

Currently, cross-border e-commerce is not only a new industry in the field of international trade, but also an important point of growth in trade cooperation between China and Russia. E-commerce cooperation between China and Russia has made significant progress. Proper protection of intellectual property rights in cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia has a positive impact on the rule of law in the field of economics and trade between the two countries, which requires the coordination of two international markets and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and Russian enterprises. The object of the study is e–commerce between China and Russia. The subject of the study is the protection of intellectual property in cross-border e-commerce in these countries. The position is argued that based on the current situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia, this article examines cases of disputes in the field of intellectual property, as well as offers countermeasures and proposals to optimize mechanisms for the protection of intellectual property rights in cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia. The analysis of the causes of violation of intellectual property rights in Chinese-Russian cross-border electronic commerce is carried out, and protection mechanisms are proposed.
