Abstract

The article examines the issues of state regulation of economic sustainability, which include the use of various tools and policies to maintain stability and economic development. It clarifies why Government regulation plays an important role in maintaining the sustainability and balanced development of the economy, and what role government intervention plays in this process. The concept of economic sustainability and an antisocial lifestyle has been clarified. The factors on which the economic stability of industrial enterprises depends are also clarified. Examples of an antisocial lifestyle and its negative effects on economic sustainability are given. The process of the influence of an employee’s antisocial lifestyle on his professional life in various ways is shown, as well as the consequences of an employee’s understanding of his antisocial behavior to change or improve the situation. The article describes the state regulation of antisocial behavior of employees of enterprises and the reasons why it is important to maintain a balance between the rights of employees and the need to maintain order in the workplace. The first signs by which an antisocial employee manifests himself have been clarified. Possible scenarios of the impact of the measures being developed on the changes of an antisocial employee towards improving the norms of behavior are presented.
