Abstract

This study focuses on the process of team formation within student organizations, with a specific emphasis on the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples. The primary attention is directed towards the psychological aspects of team formation and the impact of leadership actions on team productivity, satisfaction, and cohesiveness. By employing literature analysis methods, surveys, and statistical data processing, this research offers insights into the effectiveness of team-building strategies within student councils.
